Questions and answers

What should I wear?

A swimsuit in the pools, the steam room and the sauna. We provide towels and a locker, and robes for the quiet room.

How early should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes before your session, to check in, shower and find your locker. If you arrive late your session still ends on time, so the next guests aren't kept waiting.

I'm pregnant, or I have a heart condition. Can I come?

Ask your doctor first, before you book. Heat affects people differently and we can't judge it for you. Leave any hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.

How old do I need to be?

The pools, steam room, sauna and massage are for guests 18 and over. We check at the desk, and we don't offer a family session.

Can I come with a group?

Yes. Up to four friends can share a private pool room, and groups of six or more book by phone so we can set aside time and space.

Can I bring my phone?

Keep it in your locker. No phones or photos where guests are changing, in the pools or in the quiet room.

Do I need to book ahead?

Booking ahead holds your time, and weekends and snow days fill. If you're in town for the day, call the front desk and we'll tell you what is open.

How do gift cards work?

A gift card works for any amount, for a circuit session, a massage or both. Ask us about expiry in Colorado.

How do I move or cancel a booking?

Tell us at least 24 hours ahead and we'll move it without trouble. The policies page explains what happens with shorter notice.

What languages do staff speak?

Candido speaks Spanish and English, and Dilara speaks Farsi and English.
