Our policies
What to know before you book. Prices are set by the bathhouse and shown on the booking page.
Booking and deposits
Book online or call the front desk. A card holds a private pool room or a group of six or more, and it goes toward your session. A place on the open circuit and a single massage don't need one.
Canceling and running late
Please tell us at least 24 hours before your time and we'll move it or cancel it without trouble. If you arrive late, your session still ends at its scheduled time so the next guests aren't kept waiting.
If you miss an appointment
If you miss a session without telling us, the card on your booking may be charged under the bathhouse's terms, which you see before you confirm. Call us if something comes up; we'd rather move you.
Children and companions
The pools, steam room, sauna and massage are for guests 18 and over, and we check at the desk. We don't offer a family session or a session for teens. Someone who isn't using the circuit can wait in the front hall.
Patch tests and allergies
Tell us about allergies and sensitivities to oils or lotions when you book a massage, or tell your therapist when you arrive. We use unscented oil when you ask, and we can tell you every product we use.
If you're not happy
If you're not happy with a massage, tell us within a few days and we'll make it right.
Tipping
Tips are welcome and never added to your bill. Leave one at the desk or on your card for whoever looked after you.
Using the thermal areas
Wear a swimsuit in the pools, the steam room and the sauna. Shower before you get in, tie long hair up and sit on a towel in the heat rooms. We provide towels, a locker and a robe for the quiet room. Step out and cool down between rooms, and leave any hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
When to ask your doctor first
If you are pregnant, have a heart condition, or have been told by your doctor to take care with heat, ask your doctor before you use the pools, the steam room or the sauna, or book a massage with hot towels. We can't judge it for you. Leave a hot room if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Phones and quiet
Please keep your phone in your locker. No phones or photos where guests are changing, in the pools or in the quiet room. Quiet means quiet.
